This evening, as Bhagavan came for darshan at five o'clock, the stage was set for a concert by Mandolin U. Srinivas accompanied by his brother U. Rajesh. After His darshan round, Swami came onstage and after a few minutes with the Vedam going on, asked for the concert to begin. After the hour-long concert, Swami blessed the artistes with shawls and clothes. A couple of bhajans by the students with alap were followed by Arati at seven o'clock. Prasadam was distributed to all as Bhagavan returned to His residence in the car.

This evening, the devotees from Haryana and Chandigarh presented cultural programmes. Swami had gone to the rear of the Poornachandra auditorium at 5 pm to inspect the site of some proposed construction there. Twenty minutes later, He came for darshan in the car. The Haryana programme commenced with a half-hour dance ballet depicting highlights of the states. A drama 'Sathyam Vada Dharmam Chara' by the Sai youth was the concluding item. Towards the end of the half-hour drama, Swami moved to the interview room. Emerging ten minutes later, He came into the bhajan hall briefly before moving onstage and sending clothes for distribution to the participants. He moved down from the stage for group photos after which Arati was offered. After Arati, Swami interacted for a few minutes with some of the students, and one of them sang a song on the sweetness of the name of the Lord. Accepting Arati once again after the song, Bhagavan returned to His residence at a quarter past seven in the car as prasadam was distributed.

The Business School at the Prasanthi Nilayam campus of the Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning is hosting a two-day Management Workshop on Innovation and Leadership. A large number of CEO and MD level executives from a variety of companies are taking part, along with with Dr. R. Chidambaram, Principal Scientific Advisor to the Government of India who inaugurated the proceedings. This evening, devotees from Southern Europe presented a programme of songs in Sai Kulwant hall. The countries Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, France, Greece, Italy, Macedonia, Serbia, Slovenia and Switzerland were represented. Swami came for darshan at 5.40 pm and the programme of songs began just after six o'clock. After forty minutes of catchy songs, the devotees sang a few bhajans before Arati at 7.10 pm.
