to my guru, with love...

- A special initiative for Guru Poornima 2014

Rohini Kumar

sweta shankar

Chennai, India

My beloved Swami is my Guru forever and ever. He is guiding me through this life as a Mother, Friend, Guru. Though I didn't have the opportunity to enjoy the physical presence of my Swami, the bliss which I am experiencing now is much more than that. No words to express that feeling. He is always with us. Whenever I am feeling down, I go to none other than my Swami. I share with him everything.

He has made me happy through many darshan in dreams. I feel my Swami each second. There is a reason for feeling Swami as my Guru. There are many people who will tell you what is wrong and right, what I should do and I shouldn't. But Swami instead teaches us to tackle all the problems by making us to face that problem instead of hiding from that problem. If suppose I am afraid to face a situation and it is bothering me a lot, Swami doesn't help us by preventing me from facing that situation. Instead He puts us into that situation and gives us all strength and helps us get through that fear completely. Thanks a lot from all us Swami for guiding us through our lives!!!

At this moment, I am remembering a special song which I would like to dedicate to my Saimaaaa... each word in this song is true from heart Swami... Love you Bangaru . :)

Tu Pyaar Ka Sagar Hai

(You are the Ocean of Love)

Teri Ek Boond Ke Pyaase Hum

(We are thirsty for a single drop of your Love)

Lauta Jo Diya Tune

(If you turn us away)

Chale Jaayenge Jahaan Se Hum

(We will go away from this world)

Tu Pyaar Ka Sagar Hai

(You are the Ocean of Love)

Ghaayal mann Ka paagal Panchi Udne Ko Beqaraar

(The wounded bird of the heart is restless to fly)

Pankh hai Komal, Aankh hai dhundli

(The winds are delicate, the eyes are foggy)

Jaana hai Sagar Paar

(Have to go across the ocean)

Ab Tu Hi Isse Samjha

(Now you can explain it to my soul and heart)

Raah Bhoole The Kahan Se Hum

(From where we have forgotten the path)

Tu Pyaar Ka Sagar Hain

(You are an Ocean of Love)

Idhar Jhoom Ke gaaye Khushiyam

(On this side life sings and dances)

Udhar Hai Maut Khadi

(On that side death is standing)

Koi Kya Jaane Kahaan Hai Seema

(who can know where is the border)

Uljhan Aan Padi

(The mind is confused now)

Kaanon Mein Zara Keh De

(Tell me in my ears)

Ke Aaye Kaun Disha Se Hum

(From which direction we have come)

Tu Pyaar Ka Saagar Hain

(You are an ocean of Love)

Love you so much my Shyama Sundara... my Hridayeshwara..

Love you Saimaaaaaaa :)
