No one can liberate you, for no one has bound you. You hold on to the nettle of worldly pleasure and you weep for pain. The kite is pursued as long as it carries the fish in its beak. It tries twisting and turning in the sky to dodge the crows that who seek to snatch the fish till it finally tires and drops it. At that moment it is free. It can then sit peacefully on a tree, preening its wings and enjoying its happiness. So give up your attachment to the senses. Then grief and worry can harass you no more. You, too, can enjoy happiness when you drop the fish you have in your beak.
