Cultivate a sweet temper and sweet speech, which is its natural
consequence. Speak without anger or spite, without any
artificiality or formality, straight from the heart. Then, you will spread
joy and love among all. If you cannot afford expensive clothes
or the various frills of finery that you crave, do not get angry or
wild. Be bold enough to resist the temptation of yielding to the
pressure of the crowd. Remember that nourishing the good
qualities and character is as important as nourishing the body.
