When doing your work, do not argue that this particular bit is your jurisdiction and the other is not. Support and supplement each other in joyful co-operation. Do not be sticklers for boundaries and limits.  Act as an ideal team, infusing into each other energy and enthusiasm. Do not interfere wildly with what others are doing or criticize others sullenly. There should be no place in your hearts for malice, envy or even competition.
