Virtuous conduct purifies the mind and leads you to God.  It creates a taste for the Name and the Form of God. When you love the Name and Form of the Lord, you will naturally respect and obey His command. Have the Name on the tongue and the Form in the eye, and the demon called unending desire (asha) will fly away from your mind, filling you with joy and content. This kind of constant dwelling on God will promote in you love for all beings. You will then see only good in others.  You will strive to only do good to others.
