Ustad Amjad Ali Khan:  World’s greatest sarod artist who has won many national and international awards including the Padmashree, the Padma Bhushan, the Tansen Award and the International Music Forum Award. A sixth generation sarod player Ustad Amjad Ali Khan gave his first concert at the age of six and his first solo recital at twelve. He has been a devotee for many years and had the chance of offering his music to the Lord on many previous occasions including during the 80th Birthday celebrations in 2005.
   

 

Shri Abhishek Raghuram: A promising young carnatic vocalist of the current times. Coming from a family which has music deeply embedded in their genes, the 25-year old Abhishek Raghuram is the grandson of Sangeetha Kalanidhi Shri Palakkad Raghu, the eminent mridangam maestro. Abhishek is also an expert mridangam and kanjira artist having given public performances when he was just nine years old.

Shri Kadiri Gopalanath: The pioneer of carnatic music on the saxophone he has toured extensively and regaled audiences in Jazz and Music festivals in Berlin, Prague, Mexico, Paris and London to name a few. Crowned as the ‘Saxophone Chakaravarthy’, numerous titles and honors have come his way; the most cherished being the Asthana Vidwan of Sri Kanchi Kamakoti Peetam and the Shringerei Sharada Peetam. He is also a recipient of the Padma Shri.

   

 
Sri Rahul Sharma: The young heir to a lineage of classical maestros whose mastery over the 100-stringed Santoor from the valleys of Kashmir has delighted millions worldwide. Rahul started performing with his father Pandit Shiv Kumar Sharma at a very early age, and is the youngest Indian musician to perform at the WOMAD (World of music, Arts and Dance) festival in the UK. This father-son duo too had the opportunity to perform during the 80th Birthday celebrations of Bhagavan.

Sri Sikkil Gurucharan: An extremely talented carnatic vocalist hailing from a family of musicians. He is the grandson of Sikkil Kunjumani, eldest of the internationally acclaimed flautists Sikkil Sisters. Having won a plethora of Indian and international awards, it will probably be Sikkil’s first opportunity before Bhagavan Baba in Prasanthi Nilayam.
   

 

Pandit Ronu Mazumdar: India’s ace flutist whose name has become virtually synonymous with the flute or the bansuri. A major innovator with the medium of New-age Music, Pandit Ronu Mazumdar has been musically associated with international greats such as Pandit Ravi Shankar, ex-Beatle George Harrison, ace guitarist Ry Cooder and several other legends. His incredible range of achievements includes innumerable performances in the world’s most prestigious venues such as The Kremlin, Moscow; The Palais de Beaux Arts, Brussels and so on.
