TOWARDS AN ENLIGHTENED LIFE...

SOAKING IN THE SPIRIT OF THE BUDDHA

Two thousand and five hundred years ago a warrior prince turned into an ascetic and so tremendous was the power and spiritual intensity of his new personality that even now millions all over the globe find solace and peace by just remembering Him and ruminating on His teachings.

The Buddha demonstrated to mankind how even an ordinary person can unlock the power of the spirit within and reach super human heights of Love, Peace and Sublimity.

Every year on the occasion of Buddha Poornima over 350 million Buddhists spread across several countries largely in Southern and Northern Asia pay homage to their Divine Master. The day of Buddha Poornima is infact thrice-blessed; it is the day that not only celebrates the advent of Gautama Buddha but also marks the day of His enlightenment as well as His Pari Nirvana, the attainment of the Supreme Abode.

For decades, hundreds and thousands of Buddhists have congregated either in Prasanthi Nilayam or at Brindavan on this day, for at the lotus feet of Sai, they saw the divine feet of Lord Buddha; when Bhagawan Baba spoke, they heard the voice of Lord Buddha; and when Sai smiled, they felt their Buddha was smiling at them.

An intricate statue of the thousand-armed Chenrezig was offered to Bhagawan by the Tibetan monks
before seeking His permission to chant before Him six holy mantras in July 2006.

Tibetan Buddhist masters hailing from the Sera Jhe monastery, an austere community with over five thousand monks, chanting selected Tibetan Mantras in front of the Lord in Prasanthi Nilayam, July 2006.

The powerful discourses of Bhagawan Baba clarifying and simplifying the message of Lord Buddha enlightened their minds; the revelations about Buddha’s life by Baba that has never ever been recorded in mankind's history, thrilled and sanctified their hearts; the silent presence of Sai Baba elevated their souls.

We now wish to take you on this spiritual journey of soaking in the spirit of The Buddha through the revelations and riveting messages of Lord Sai.
